傅作新
Born in Taiwan in 1971, he studied art in Europe from 1993 to 1996 and in France from 2003 to 2005, specializing in etching and oil painting. His works have won many awards and are featured in art museums in France, Italy, Belgium, and Taiwan. In 2008, he moved to Nasu City, Japan, where he rediscovered his love for nature. He created the Taixu Illusion series, which reflects his inner self and shares the beauty of solitude and tranquility in the forest.
1971年出生於台灣，在台灣受過基礎的美學教育，1993-1996遊學歐洲，2003-2005留學法國專研銅版版畫與油畫。作品曾經得過多次獎項並舉辦過多次個展與聯展，作品也收藏於法國、義大利、比利時和台灣的美術館。2008-2010年移居日本那須市，在那他偶然間遇見一座百年的烏鴉森林，因而喚起從小對森林的記憶。傅作新出生在台灣中部的山上，因此對森林與樹木有著無比的親切感，多年來向外的追尋過程中，造成了他的失落與迷惘，疲憊的心靈早已需要駐足喘息，因時空的適時交錯，得以在森林裡重回整體存在的懷抱，重新孕育與發現內在的自己。太虛幻境系列作品因此醞釀而生，傅作新已創作來分享森林的單獨與寧靜的美，並重新開啟了自己內在的探尋之路。
